Scouts discover
Scouts and agents search by category, location, skills and experience — then message talent directly on SpotU. Playback is reserved for scout accounts, so your work is not just sitting in the open.
Feedback that counts
Scouts can score an upload out of ten. Average ratings and view counts sit on every card, so strong work rises to the top of the feed.
Fair early visibility
New members get a visibility boost on their first uploads, so a brand-new profile is not buried behind established ones.
